Huge thanks to all who made it so (big ups Claire in particular). Delegate comms - âWelcome to Swapcard!â - are scheduled to go out at 1145 WA time / 1445 Sydney/Melb. Right now! This is an email from the Swapcard system itself. Attached for reference what it will look like (imagine it has branding at the top, because it does). So time to play hypothetical FAQs. * How does it work? How do I access Swapcard? * Youâll get a welcome email with a âMagic Linkâ in it that automatically logs you in to the system. Itâll work on desktop and in the Swapcard mobile app. Keep the email so you can find the link again if you need to, but Swapcard wonât log you out once youâre in. Thereâs plenty of details in the email. * I didnât get the email. * Check your junk folder. * Do you have a full event registration? Networking Only registrations donât include access to Swapcard. * I still donât have it. Can you resend the email? * Yes. Redirect them or forward to apam@paca.org.au and weâll look at it. * I need to change the email address associated with my APAM registration. * Thatâs fine. It may have implications for your Swapcard account though as theyâre linked. Forward to apam@paca and weâll look. * What are my login details for Swapcard? * We donât have access to your log in details as the account is yours. * If youâve used Swapcard before with the email address youâre using for APAM, the APAM event will appear in your Swapcard account. The Magic Link will direct you into it. * If youâve not used Swapcard before, or you did but with a different email address, click the link in the APAM welcome email and youâre in. * If you want to log in with an email and password but arenât sure of details, open up Swapcard, enter your email and click âForgot passwordâ. * How do i book for [insert show in APAM program]? * Ticket links and booking details are in the sessions listed in Swapcard. * More info / a summary here: https://apam.org.au/discounts-for-apam-delegates/ - this page is not a public webpage. Itâs linked in the app. * I canât see the show I want in that list. * Delegates get Perth Festival discounts in general so check their website for their full program. Otherwise thatâs all folks. * How do i access the Perth Festival discount? * Info in the link above or via the âDiscountsâ page in the app. * Does bookmarking a show in the app guarantee me a ticket? * No. Book tickets using the details provided. * How do i- * Yâknow what, no. No APAM for you. No. Look otherwise any queries can be redirected to apam@paca.org.au, ideally not the admin@ email as we try to keep church and state separate so to speak. Sam, Cecile and I have access to this inbox. Or of course can call the office 08 9221 8992. Thanks all. Appreciate you triaging queries where we can and lightening the admin load a little.
