Hi team, An update that the Avolio registration platform is changing to something called Launchpad effective tomorrow, Tues 27th January. “Gee, Nate, wish you’d told us sooner.” Alas, they emailed Eddie and I about it late Friday afternoon. Their announcement provided no real information on it all, so any question you might have you can safely bet Eddie and I have the same question. Including such gems as “But how does one log in to this new platform?” So if you go to look at Avolio in the morning and it doesn’t work, this’ll be why. If you look at Avolio tomorrow and it’s calling itself Launchpad and looks completely different, this’ll also be why. Sam, on the off chance there’s an issue with the system while you’re getting queries for reg adjustments, please just take messages and I’ll sort with you asap. You can say our system’s down for maintenance but we’ll look at it asap. Aiming to provide you all with a proper update of some kind at the APAM team meeting tomorrow.
