Hi everyone, It's only 85 sleeps until Christmas! Below I've outlined gifted leave and office closure dates, and we're keen for everyone to start planning and locking in their leave. Without an APAM in February it's a good opportunity for a decent break 🙂 Office closure - no work: Friday 25 December to Friday 1 January inclusive. Office closure - external: PAC Australia office will be closed from Friday 25 December and reopen on Monday 11 January. Staff who return to work on Monday 4 January are not required to engage with external queries until the office reopens on Monday 11 January. Gifted paid leave: PAC Australia is gifting paid leave to all staff for the period Tuesday 29 - Thursday 31 December (the standard working / non Public Holiday days between Christmas and New Year), which will be applied to each staff member's standard working days. We're pleased to be able to offer this, but please note that this is not an ongoing commitment and will be reviewed each year. Leave requests: Please submit your leave requests via Xero to myself, preferably within the next few weeks so that we can consider them collectively. When entering your leave dates in Xero, you only need to request any days that are before Friday 25 Dec, or after Sun 3 Jan. The system will look after the rest. We will endeavour to support all stafdiscussave requests wherever possible, and will review based on the individual's responsibilities and deliverables within the requested leave dates; impact and fairness for other team members; and sector activity - ie will the sector be requiring a response / engagement with the individual at that time? If you have any questions, please send them through.
