It’s been brought to our attention that a number of you may have received a phishing email claiming to have the PAC Australia mailing list. This email is a hoax and should be deleted immediately.

As set out in the PAC Australia Privacy Policy, we are committed to ensuring the personal information of members and users of our website is not shared, sold, or transferred to any third party without their prior consent, or unless it is required by law.  

The email appears to be targeting subscribers of our member-only discussion groups only, so we have reviewed our security settings accordingly.

For those concerned about their APAX registration, this process and information is managed through, Cvent, an internationally respected platform specifically for conference conferences and large events. Their strict security protocols meet Australian standards as well many other international standards. Further information is available here: https://www.cvent.com/au/security
