Hi everyone,
In advance of next Wednesday's PTP session I'm attaching a brief outline/session schedule and the bios of our speakers.
There will be an opportunity for Q&A and discussion throughout the session.
If you would like to do some advance reading on what we're discussing in the first presentation on governance models I would encourage you to review the section in the Performing Spaces Guide (distributed with your pre-program materials, but also attached again) pages 41 - 46. This section will also be a handy ongoing resource after the session as well.
Looking forward to Wednesday and hope everyone has a great, healthy weekend.
Very best,
Katherine

PAC Australia acknowledges the Whadjuk people of the Noongar nation, on whose land we live and work, and pay respects to their Elders past and present.
So great to see everyone on Wednesday and we're really excited for what's to come, particularly after hearing the projects everyone is bringing to the program.
As discussed in the session, please see attached the following resources:
1. Guide To Touring (remember, this is currently under review, but will still have helpful references if you need deep background material)
2. The National Touring Scan undertaken by Merryn Carter and Culture Counts in 2020 (referenced by Robert Love in his talk)
3. Session Recordings - includes the link to re-watch Wednesday's session. This document will be updated each fortnight.
4. PTP Participants projects - a quick summary of the projects everyone outlined.
You are welcome to adapt, or even completely re-think your project over the next couple of weeks as the course content progresses, however we'll also be starting to connect the participants working on similar projects and scheduling updates in the course content to suit. You are, of course, also welcome to connect directly with other participants! If you think we haven't adequately captured your project, please let Greg know and we'll update it (ghordarcre(a)gmail.com<mailto:ghordarcre@gmail.com>)
Also, ICYMI, you may also be interested in the National Presenter Outlook webinar PAC Australia hosted on 30th March. There's a bit of a crossover between this and Wednesday's, but there's also quite a bit more in there. (Not required viewing - only if you're interested). https://vimeo.com/693832387
More soon, as always,
Katherine

We acknowledge the Jagera/Turrbal peoples, the First Nation Traditional Owners of the land on which we gather. We pay respects to all Elders past and present and acknowledge the young leaders who are working beside our Elders in our cultural industries. We recognise all First Nation peoples as the original storytellers of these lands and acknowledge the important role they continue to play in our community.

This is a convenient way to share information, ask a question to others in the group, bounce around thoughts and ideas, and receive important information related to the program. Only the current cohort of PTP participants are included.
