ACTION REQUESTED: Membership application - Alice Mary Cooper
Dear Members, We have received an Independent Artist membership application from Alice Mary Cooper. I am a theatre maker, actor and clown from Gadigal Land/Sydney. I seek to tell stories that speak challenging truths about ourselves and our world, reconnect audiences to themselves, their communities and environments and provoke dialogue and change toward more sustainable futures. My work and theatre shows are often highly physical and combine elements of clowning, audience interaction/participation, spoken storytelling and physical comedy. https://alicemarycooper.co.uk/ Alice is currently residing in the UK but will be in Australia to pitch at APAX (programmed in the arts market) and undertake some Australian touring. The recommendation is that the application be accepted. Heidi – can you please nominate? Peter - can you please second? All in favour? Many thanks, Lynda Lynda de Koning (she/her) General Manager | PAC Australia | +61 (0) 438 860 020 | paca.org.au<https://paca.org.au/> Peramangk / South Australia GMT +9.5 [X] I gratefully acknowledge the Peramangk people, on whose lands I live and work, and recognise their continuing connection to Country.
