Dear members,
Welcome to the new PAC Board members email group! Can you please reply to confirm you are receiving this.
We have a few things to progress following this week's meeting:
1- APAM in person board meeting
We are taking the opportunity of having most of our board in one place to have an
informal board meeting during APAM. This meeting does not replace any of the scheduled formal meetings.
Can you please complete the doodle poll for your availability by next Wednesday 11 Feb, and we will then schedule.

Meeting location is unconfirmed, but will be close to the Pan Pacific Hotel (main APAM venue).
2- PAC Board email group:
board@ask.paca.org.au
This new email discussion group is for all board correspondence, and will be used for board papers, membership approvals and anything requiring full board communication. Of course you are all welcome to use it
for board purposes.
Like our discussion groups, if you use reply your message will go to the full group. If you want to respond to an individual, best to use 'forward' and enter their email address. (For some of our more longstanding
members, it replaces the old committee@ group).
Note: there are two board member's Executive Assistant's also in the group (for Criena and Georgia).
3 - Board WhatsApp group
Yesterday board members should have received an invitation from Katherine for the whatsapp group to support communication during APAM. Please let us know if you haven't.
(At this stage Observers have not been included).
