APAM registration close & late regos procedure
Hi all I wanted to summarise the procedure for late registration requests as we will all no doubt be asked. Please have a read and we can talk about this if needed in the APAM meeting tomorrow. APAM registrations close Tuesday 10th February at 6pm AWST. The current registration form link will still work but will be replaced with a landing page saying “registrations closed” and directing people to apam@paca. For requests to register coming through after then: * Requests must be emailed to apam@paca.org.au. No Teams messages please. * Sam or I will pick it up. Most likely Sam, but Sam sing out if you are feeling swamped and I’ll jump in. * Request is forwarded to: Virginia + Kath (for a decision) + Eddie (capacity/catering). Sam for ease pls add APAM LATE REG to the start of the email subject line thanks. * Decision gets made. Log it in the blue “Late Regos” tab in the APAM Master: [https://res-2.df.onecdn.static.microsoft/files/fabric-cdn-prod_20251010.003/...] 1. APAM 2026 Master.xlsx<https://apacaperth.sharepoint.com/:x:/s/APAM/IQAH-SEmLSsmS4CQpk-0uixEAV2AHO8...> * Go back to the delegate with an update and if applicable link to register. Reg process is per normal. Don't add them to the Name Tags sheet if they are registering in the system. * Backdoor registration form link will be: https://avolio.swapcard.com/apam2026/index/registrations/waitlist To note when registering after closing: * Credit card payment only, no invoice / PO#. * We cannot guarantee catering and accessibility requirements will be met, but will do our best [I think catering is an immovable object by now but access not as much]. * Will be in Swapcard. * Some sessions are already full. * If received before Feb 13, will get a name tag. * If received after Feb 11, will not be in the final Delegate Contact List published Feb 12. Questions to discuss during meeting: * Do we want to charge a Late Reg fee? I have not bothered to check Ts & Cs before asking this I just think we did it for APAX regos. Like the $55 admin fee. * Do we want to set a hard final deadline for accepting late registrations? * Can we establish if we are happy to accept registrations in person during event week? Thanks all.
