As mentioned in the team meeting yesterday here’s some notes / reminders:

Pop the admin phone number in your email signature - (08) 9221 8992. All staff must have this in their e-sigs please. Use mine below as a template if needed.

Our extension numbers are internal use using the Webphone app; we only have one phone number and it’s the above. Eg my ext is 1001 but calling 9221 1001 won’t reach me.
The 1300 number we put on our invoices does still work (it diverts to the above #).
If you want to also include your mobile number in your e-sig, go for it, but it’s not required.

Use the templates in the folder and write basic dot points on context/instructions. Have a look in the folders for examples of ones already done.

The list of all procedures is here, with names against who’s doing/done which. The category at the top (admin, financial, events) is where it lives in the above folders:

Ask me or Lynda if you’re not sure what something with your name against requires from you.

Would be awesome to have these all sorted by Xmas break so we can dust our hands off and move on with a great library of staff resources behind us.
