Hi all
There’s a known issue with the APAM ’new registration’ notification emails not coming through to staff. They stopped working around the 23rd. I’m trying to get it fixed but it is a slow process as Launchpad’s people don’t know what’s wrong either.
Rest assured the registration form and system is still working per normal and delegates are still receiving confirmation emails and invoices/receipts after they register. I have just got one myself when I did a test rego. The notification emails aren’t getting
caught in spam or our quarantine net so it isn’t that.
Will update when it’s fixed but also you’ll know as the emails will start flowing again…
