Hi everyone, 

Advising of a change in how we code APAM income / expenses - we are now splitting APAM into general ongoing costs, and event specific costs:  

Job code: APAM 26/27 
All income and expenses not event related for 26/27 FY, ie: 
Income - Creative Australia Service Contract, DCITS Annual Grant, other non - event funding or income. 
Expenses - Portion of ongoing staff, general ongoing software/marketing costs, Groundwork, APAM travel not for 28 event. 
Job Code: APAM 28 EVENT
Income and expenses directly linked to the 2028 event, ie: 
Income - Bursary / event / philanthropic funding for event costs; earned income - application and registration fees/ advertising etc; sponsorship.  
Expenses - travel, production, access costs. 
Note: income / spending can still be in the 26/27 FY, it just has to be related to the 2028 event delivery for this job code.


I have included this info in the "Job, Income and Expense Codes" list in TEAM FINANCE, so no need to remember this detail but wanted to flag it as it is a shift for everyone.

Hi everyone, 

As part of finalising the 2026/27 budget we have added some new account codes to improve reporting of our current activity. 

Accounts list saved in Admin / Team Finance: ​​Job, Income and Expense Codes CURRENT 1.7.26.xlsx​​

Any new accounts highlighted with orange shading. 

Nate/Sam/Claire: Note we have removed the ISP/Web Hosting/Domain code 6300 and combined all IT/website maintenance/domain costs in 69900, simplifying this bit!
