APAX26 registrations open tomorrow (Tues). Woot. Team effort but big thanks to Eddie, Kath and Claire in particular for helping it get here.

Disregard as needed, but here is a bunch of info, and Sam we’ll have a proper chat tomorrow about a couple qs you might get to admin@ and how best to address in Launchpad.

If you want to do a test reg, use a fake email address eg cecile+1@paca.org.au, cecile+2@paca.org.au and so on with each new test rego. It will still email you the confirmation when you submit. Technology.
We have tested it to death, so requesting no feedback at this stage, but if you do encounter something buggy or Bad I do want to hear about it of course.

Enter your PAC email address and click “Forgot password” to trigger the reset. Your profile and permissions are all copied over from APAX25.

Staff regos

When you do your APAX registration with your real email, the registration form asks you to set a password; this will replace your Launchpad back end password next time you log in.

Please wait for Lynda/Kath to confirm staff travel for Brisbane before registering.

Reports - all report templates have been copied over from 2025, with some tweaks/improvements from Eddie and I.

Promo codes

I’ve built a handful to get us started, I am sure there are gaps.

Promo code creation/distribution approval: Kath and Virginia, cc Eddie
Promo code needed for support workers, interpreters, etc: Nate and Eddie
Promo codes for sponsors: Lynda
New promo code build required: ask Nate once approved as above.
